Learn mind-body techniques for management of generalized stress and anxiety as well as to optimize your daily performance. We focus on mindfulness, meditation as well as HeartMath methods to achieve coherence between the heart and brain to optimize your physical, mental and emotional alignment. You have the option of purchasing Inner Balance software/sensor which can be used with your mobile device to guide your training and measure your progress. This allows you to visualize your emotional shift in the moment by using heart rhythm feedback. With practice you can induce a relaxation response to allow you to feel calm and centered. The cost is $65 per session.

How It Works

Engage in 1:1 sessions to learn techniques to allow you to recognize stress and anxiety and apply tools to induce a measurable physiological relaxation response. We will utilize a combination of modalities that will guide you to self regulate.
