How It Works
Learn safe utilization. You will have a 1:1 visit with a board-certified healthcare provider in a welcoming environment. This is for adults ages 18 and older who are Maine residence with a valid Maine drivers license or ID only. In-person or remote visits available. In person visits are required for those without a primary care provider. Medical records are preferred.The cost is $60 for new patients and $50 for established patients.

Medical Marijuana Certification Evaluation
Cannabis has been shown to improve symptom management of many medical conditions. The state of Maine allows for access to medical cannabis for those with a qualifying condition. We provide evaluation for the Maine medical cannabis certification program. Learn safe utilization for your qualifying condition from a licensed practitioner. For Maine residence only, 18 and over. In person and tele-health visits available. *In-person visits are required for those that do not have a primary care provider. Our goal is to make the process of obtaining a medical cannabis certification as smooth and stress-free as possible for our patients.
Qualifying Conditions for State of Maine
Maine has expanded state law for qualifying conditions. Patients may qualify for medical cannabis certification for any condition in which the provider determines that the patient will experience therapeutic or palliative benefit to treat or alleviate the patient's medical diagnosis or symptoms associated with the medical diagnosis.
